To cover processing fees, if you want to cancel your order before it is fulfilled, you will be charged a $5 restocking fee.
Returns are accepted up to 3 days after delivery if the item is unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount less shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a picture of the item’s condition.

Didn't receive your package? Want it reshipped?
Once the package has been shipped, international shipping costs will not be refunded. In the event that you are unable to receive the package or if the shipping carrier is unable to deliver it, the package will be returned to the sender (us).
In this case, there are two options:
1. To re-ship the package to you, please email us so we can arrange for a re-shipment. The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. On request, a re-shipment invoice will be sent.
2. If you do not want your order reshipped, we will refund your order minus the shipping cost.
