After receiving your order confirmation email, we process all orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). When your order ships, you will receive another email notification.
Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.)
Free Economy: We offer free ground shipping (economy) within the United States.
USPS Priority: We offer flat rate USPS priority shipping for $5 within the U.S. (How? - We absorb $3.45 USD per deck per order of the total shipping cost for the order).

Shipping is subsidized for international orders (How? - We absorb the cost of shipping of your order by $7 USD). Your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
UPS International orders require a phone number: Even though we do not require that a phone number be provided at check-out. All UPS INTERNATIONAL orders require a valid phone number along with the international country code. If your UPS INTERNATIONAL order does not have a phone number, there will be a delay and your package may be stuck with the carrier. We will not be responsible for any extra costs incurred for the re-shipment of the package if either the shipping carrier or customs cannot reach you via the provided phone number. Your phone number will not be used for marketing purposes without your consent.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct address which is complete, legible and has a full county name. When possible, please translate the address into English. We will not translate your address while fulfilling your order. For the purpose of preventing your package from being returned to sender due to export compliance, please refer to the following international addressing requirements.
Once a shipment reaches your destination country, import duties, taxes (including VAT) and carrier charges may be incurred. The customer is responsible for these charges if they are applied.
NOTE: USPS First Class Package International does not offer tracking service. Once the package is delivered to the shipping country, USPS will not be able to the track the package.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please contact email@example.com with your name and order number if you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Returns are accepted up to 3 days after delivery if the item is unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount less shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the item’s condition.
