What's the story behind this artwork?
Building upon the foundation laid by Lucid Minds Tarot, "Fata Morgana" emerges as a natural progression in this journey. In crafting the Fata Morgana Oracle, the artist's intention was to encapsulate the desert's silent, profound storytelling. Here, each grain of sand is imbued with a history, and the expansive skies suggest limitless potential. The name "Fata Morgana" is inspired by a particular desert mirage, known for its complex, rapidly changing appearances. This type of mirage, often seen in the desert, creates illusions where distant objects appear close, perfectly symbolizing the deck's purpose: to reveal deeper truths and guide us through the illusions of life, much like the journey of self-discovery and contemplation enabled by tarot and oracle decks.

Combined with the Lucid Minds Tarot deck, this deck will transport you to a vast desert filled with mysteries and knowledge.

NOTE: The deck is not sealed in shrink wrap. It is unlikely that the cards will be arranged in order. It is important to note, however, that we sell only brand-new decks.

Use of AI

What parts of the project will use AI-generated content?
The artist employs an AI image-generating software, Midjourney, to create the foundational sketches and base imagery for each card. Following the AI generation phase, the artwork undergoes manual editing and enhancement in Photoshop.

Consent and intellectual property
No copyrighted or proprietary artworks are used as inputs for the AI process. This ensures that the generated images are unique and not replicative of any copyrighted material. The artist is confident in the originality of the AI-generated content and its compliance with intellectual property rights standards.
