This journal is absolutely beautiful! The construction is gorgeous and the paper and quality is amazing. The first journal I bought was damaged. It looked like it was dropped on the spine in the warehouse or something. But I emailed customer service and they responded within a day, and had another journal shipped out immediately. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I want to shout out their amazing customer service team for how well they handled everything. Truly a small business worth supporting!
